This allows companies to have access to highly experienced technical staff who will endeavour to support any issues but more importantly look at technology to try and prevent these issues occurring in the first place.
This will encompass the Diamond IT Support package, as well as proactively monitoring all your crucial systems, regular audits, server support, backups and all for a fixed monthly cost (new parts & hardware excluded). We would act as a single point of contact, dealing with other support facilities such as Sage etc on your behalf.
All above packages will be bespoke and we can create service agreements depending on your hours of business (we offer out of hours service)
